I'm Paul (PKSRUNS)
I started running in 2007, overweight and out of shape. My first kilometre took nearly 10 minutes.
I ran on and off for years until 2023, when I finally decided enough was enough. I started documenting it on YouTube and Instagram to hold myself accountable, and that's grown into a following of 10,000+.
I've talked openly about my mental health throughout, because the two have always been tied together for me, and I've tried to use the content to help other people through their own struggles.
Since then: a 2:45 marathon PB, a podcast telling other runners' stories, and recently leaving my job to do this properly.
The PKS Training Club is what comes next, and iβd love you to hear about it firstβ¦
Hey FOLKS!
