PKSRUNS

Real life. Real running. No perfect weeks.

I spent 16 years starting and stopping. Now I help busy people make running, strength and healthy habits stick, without waiting for the perfect week.

The PKS Training Club opens soon. 15 founding places at £20/month.

Of my running this year was easy, in heart rate zones 1 and 2. That’s where the fitness gets built.

The PKS Training Club

You don’t need more motivation. You need people who notice when you go MIA.

A small online club for people who want to move more, eat well and look after themselves, around real life. One focus a week, a daily log, a live Wednesday session, a strength library and a group who’ve got your back. I’m in there with you every week.

  • Runners, walkers and complete beginners

  • 10 minutes a day is plenty

  • No contracts, cancel any time

15 founding places at £20/month, yours for as long as you stay.

Hi, I’m Paul

I’m not a natural. I just kept starting again.

I’m a dad of three, a Level 3 Personal Trainer and the host of The PKS Running Club Podcast. Here’s the short version of how I got here.

  1. 2007

Overweight and out of shape, I went for my first run. About a mile, nearly 20 minutes, and it nearly killed me.

  2. 2008–2021

Started. Stopped. Started again. New trainers, new plan, new me, every January.

  3. 2019

My low point. Ten runs on Strava. All year.

  4. 2023

Started sharing my training online to hold myself accountable. Suddenly people noticed if I didn’t show up.

  5. Now

250+ weeks without a break, nearly four stone lighter, and I’ve left my job to do this properly.
