WAITING LIST NOW OPEN
YOU DON’T NEED MORE MOTIVATION.
You need people who notice when you don’t show up.
I spent 16 years starting and stopping. What finally worked wasn’t a new plan or more willpower. It was other people. So I built a club for it.
Only 15 founding places at £20/month
for people who have started. and stopped. and started again
If that’s you, you’re in good company. I started running in 2007 at 10 minutes per kilometre, then spent the next 16 years falling off the wagon in new and creative ways.
Runners, walkers, gym-goers and people who haven’t done anything since school PE are all welcome. Nobody’s trying to become an athlete. The aim is to make moving, eating well and looking after yourself a normal part of your week.
No crash diets. No 30-day transformations. And no pretending work, family and life won’t blow up the plan now and then. They will. We plan for that.
Already running? Brilliant. Whether it’s a first half marathon, a faster 10K or just training smarter, I’ll help you get there too.
Hi. I’m PAUL
I’m not a former athlete. I’m a 46 year old father of 3 who's lost nearly four stone, eventually ran a 2:45 marathon, and still has weeks where it all goes sideways.
The difference now is that people would notice if I disappeared. That’s what kept me going, and it’s what this Club is for.
I’m a Level 3 Personal Trainer, and I host The PKS Running Club Podcast, chatting to ordinary runners about how they got going. Most of them sound a lot like you.
THE CLUB HEARTBEAT
A WEEK BUILT FOR SHOWING UP.
Sunday
I'll share one thing to focus on this week.
Monday
Make a promise small enough to keep, with the focus in mind.
Every day
Log what you did. Even getting out for a walk counts.
Wednesday
Lunchtime live call on that week's focus, 12:30.
Saturday
Highs and lows. What went well, what didn't.
HELP, NOT HOMEWORK.
Everything in here is there to make consistency feel normal, and a lot less lonely.
Daily Log
Log and share what you did, however small. Ten minutes counts. Someone will notice.
Practical Courses
Short videos and simple posts on the things that trip people up: choosing a race, buying shoes, picking a plan.
Live Sessions
A lunchtime webinar every Wednesday and a monthly Ask Me Anything. Replays for when life gets in the way.
Challenges
One shared goal, a progress thread and a finish line worth turning up for.
Strength Library
Follow-along bodyweight sessions, 10 to 20 minutes, no kit needed. Core, legs and mobility work to help you feel stronger and move better.
1:1 Coaching
If you want me properly in your corner, with a plan built around your life, goals and food.

A FEW SENSIBLE QUESTIONS.
You don’t need to be a runner, own a garage full of kit, or have a spare hour every day. You just need to be up for making small promises and being honest when your week goes sideways.
Club guidance is general. If you have pain, an injury or a medical concern, please speak to a GP or physio. Personal nutrition targets and individual plans belong in 1:1 coaching.
-
No. Running is how I got here, but walking, strength work or just getting moving again is a perfectly good place to start.
-
Absolutely! Everything starts small and nobody judges where you begin. I started at 10-minute kilometres, so I know how it feels.
-
No. Trainers and a bit of floor space are all you need. Every strength session in the library uses just your bodyweight.
-
About ten minutes a day in the Club is plenty. Your training is whatever fits your week, whether that’s two sessions or six.
-
You will, and that’s fine. Share it on Saturday and start again on Monday. The Club is here so you don’t miss twice.
-
Yes. Easy running, pacing, race prep and strength work all come up every week, and you can ask me anything. I’ve gone from 10-minute kilometres to a 2:45 marathon, so I’ve made most of the mistakes already.
-
No. The Club gives you the tools, the rhythm and the people. If you want a plan built around you, that’s my 1:1 coaching.
-
Yes, whenever you like. No contracts, no awkward phone calls. Founding Members keep their £20 price for as long as they stay.
-
Monthly: you keep access until the end of the month you’ve paid for.
Annual: you keep access until the end of your year, and it won’t renew. There are no refunds for the time left. Either way, if you’re a founding member, the founder price goes when you do.
